William C. Card, Jr.'s Obituary
William C. Card, Jr. 78, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 27, 2025, at Community Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born in Auburn, NY, son of the late William C. and Frances (Ramsden) Card, Sr., Bill was a life resident of the Syracuse area and a proud U.S. Airforce Veteran. He worked for many dedicated years as a Postmaster for the United States Postal Service.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Linda (Thompson) Card; his children, Jon (Donna) Potter; Susan (Thomas) Hubbard, and Joshua (Jackie) Thompson Card; his grandchildren, Lael, Alyssa, Lauren and Addie Card, Matthew Hubbard, Morrigan and Max Potter; his 3 brothers, David, James, and Jon Card; his sister Karen Card Wicks; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
