William C. Dixon's Obituary
William C. Dixon, 64, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully at Crouse Hospital surrounded by his loving family on December 10, 2019. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Ethel (Larkins) and William C. Dixon, Sr. William retired after 32 dedicated years from New Process Gear. He enjoyed boating, fishing and spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren. William also enjoyed SU Basketball and his yearly trips to Ocean City, Maryland.
William is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Barbara (Zingaro) Dixon; his son, Jason (Kelly) Dixon; two grandsons, Aiden and Carter; two sisters, Mary Lang (David Stobnick) and Susan (Bill) Ferraldo, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends may call on Monday, December 16, 2019 from 9 – 11 am at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of William’s life at 12 pm at St. Margaret’s Church, 203 Roxboro Rd., Syracuse, NY. Entombment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum, DeWitt, NY.
