William A. "Billy" McNeil's Obituary
William A. “Billy” McNeil, 54, of Syracuse, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
He is survived by his wife, Renee` Rein-McNeil; his daughter, Ashley McNeil, a brother, Danny, along with many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Per Billy’s request, there will be no calling hours or services. A celebration of Billy’s life will be held at a later date.
