William Walter Norwich's Obituary
William Walter Norwich, 64, of Liverpool, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday morning, October 1, 2020 following a battle with cancer. William was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Walter and Marie (Marcosano) Norwich, and raised in Ozone Park, NY. Following his graduation from Brooklyn Technical High School, Willie attended Eastern Bible Institute where he met the love of his life, the late Jeannie Norwich (neé Hawley). They were married for 40 years before her passing in 2018.
William’s infectious charisma led him to a career in sales where he spent over 40 years in the insurance industry. William was a devout family man. During his free time, he was a student of history, and a music lover who sang in gospel quartets with a panache for spontaneous songs. William was a great friend; no matter who you were or where he was, he had a special talent for bringing joy to strangers and friends alike.
William is survived by his daughters, Jennifer (Adam) Clark, Jaqueline Norwich, and Amanda (Andrew) Kohlsdorf, a granddaughter, Abigail Clark, and his sisters, Linda and Lisa Norwich.
