Billy was the kindest, sweetest and loving person I have ever known. He was that way his entire life. We didn't get to see each other very often, but Billy, just like his loving parents have always been there for our entire family. I'm going to miss his sweet Christmas cards, which he never failed sending out, even when it seemed most people stopped. I am so proud to have been his "Cousin". Love you Billy, God needs you now.
