William P. "Pat" Ryan's Obituary
William P. "Pat" Ryan, 75, of Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by his family on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Pat was a graduate of St. Anthony's (1964) and owned and operated his own newsstands in downtown Syracuse's MONY Plaza and the State Tower Building. Pat was always the life of the party and truly lived life to the fullest. He was a true legend who will always be remembered for his larger-than-life personality and contagious laugh.
Pat was predeceased by his parents, William and Gladys and sisters, Kimberly and Donna Ryan. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Marilyn (Galuppi) and daughters, Brittany and Kerry (Brad) Tenhave.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 10 am – 12 pm at The Church of St. Michael and St. Peter, 4782 West Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY, followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Pat’s life at noon at the church.
