William S. "Bill" Warren's Obituary
William S. “Bill” Warren, 98, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at The Cottages at Garden Grove in Cicero on July 7, 2023. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Henry and Martha (Boyer) Warren. Bill was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in WWII. He was the owner and operator of Warren’s T.V. Repair for over 40 dedicated years. Bill loved Astronomy and enjoyed magic. He was a man of great faith and loved spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his wife, Catherine (Bernhardt) Warren in 1997; 2 daughters, Mary Ann Warren and Debbie Keene; a son, Brian Warren; his grandson, Jason Gillan; several siblings, Sam, Art, Frank and Ruth.
Bill is survived by 3 daughters, Kathy Warren, Diane (Steve) Goly, and Sandy (John) Wells; two sons, Billy Warren and Bob (Betty) Warren; 20 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a funeral Mass in celebration of Bill’s life at 10:00 am in St. John the Baptist/Holy Trinity Church. He will be laid to rest with Military Honors in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
