Zeni M. (Müller) Mere's Obituary
Zeni M. (Müller) Mere, 75, of Cicero, NY, born in Santa Cruz do Sol, Brazil, passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday with her loving family. Zeni was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; her greatest joys were cooking for her family and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Zeni was known for her honesty, sense of humor and loving nature.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Aldina Müller; father, Carlos Müller Filho, and several brothers and sisters.
Zeni is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Ribhi Mere; her children, Robert (Jaqueline) Mere, Samuel (Adriana) Mere, Shirley (Peter Jr.) Hall, and Suzette (Paul) Palucci; her grandchildren, Rachael (Ryan) Serica, Nicholas Hall, Zachary Hall, Brittany Mere, Samuel Nelson Mere, Cheyeene Hall, Unity Hall, Juliana Palucci, and Daniella Palucci; great-granddaughters, Kendall and Elliana Serica; her brother, Jorge Müller, along with several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service in celebration of Zeni’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Friday, September 8, 2017 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
