Anthony “Nino” Prince, 74, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital with his loving wife, Linda, at his side. Nino was born September 17, 1940 in Syracuse on the North Side. Nino retired as Captain from the Sy Read Obituary

We were very sad to hear of Nino's passing and we will miss our conversations as he passed by our house and always stopped to chat with us. I am so sorry for your loss...Nino...husband, father, grandfather, and new great Grampa...brother, uncle and cousins and friend! He was always willing to share his secrets of great cooking...especially the perfect Prime Rib...Loved watching him and Linda with their country dancing...and the fun talks when I would go over to the house for coffee...he would always be there to share conversation!! When I called the house just a few hours before he left this world Nino answered. We shared a few words and I could tell he was tired. I told him I would pray for him and he said "I'm afraid it will take more than that"....I feel he knew that his time on Earth was almost over and no prayer would change that! He fought a good fight....he served his Country....He served his Community..and now he will be Our New Angel!!! Rest In Peace Nino...
