My condolences go out to you all during this tough time. I knew Tony for about 40 years from the car lot and remember him as one of the good guys.

Fran and Sarah, I was so sad to hear of Tony's passing. I was sorry I never got to meet either of you. The last time I was in Syracuse, both of you were at Sarah's wedding shower. Tony just bragged about both of you when my husband,Bob, and I had lunch with him that day. Our families met in Old Forge when Tony and I were 4 years old. Although we lived in Rochester, we became fast friends. My parents were Cher's Godparents and Jean was my Confirmation sponsor. My fondest memories are from up North - the barn dances on Saturday night, learning to water ski on Beaver Lake, Tony teaching me to drive when I was 12 and too many more to mention. But he was so helpful to me when I found out I have cancer. Fortunately for me, it is in remission after 11 months. I was happy that we got to talk on the phone several times in the last couple of years. God bless you both. You will be in my prayers.
