Anthony F. Vecchio, 92, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully at the New York State Veterans Home at Oxford, NY on Saturday, March 5, 2016. He has now joined his parents, Rosa and Giuseppe, his brothers, Alex and Sam, and his sister Read Obituary
Our love and prayers are with all of you as we remember Uncle Tony. Uncle Tony had the biggest heart and was a genuinely lovely soul. Mom always shares the stories about when Uncle Tony would stop by our house when we were living up in Syracuse on Mosley.. he would come by on his bowling night and stop for a cup or coffee and a chat. I also remember when he and Uncle Joe came down for a visit during Easter and they reminisced about their military days and told so many wonderful stories. Much Love
To Aunt Frances, Susan, Joann, Mary, Rosemary and the entire family; Mom and I send our love and condolences on the passing of Uncle "T". The last of the boys has gone to join Nani and Nono... what a reunion that must have been. Uncle "T" was a character; and a joy to know.
