Antoinette E. (Maurillo) Jacob's Obituary
Antoinette E. (Maurillo) Jacob, 91, of Syracuse, passed away August 29, 2020 at Francis House. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Antonio and Rosaria Maurillo. Antoinette retired from Prestolite after 35 dedicated years. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Vegas; she also loved playing cards and slot machines. Antoinette was a great cook and loved spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, James W. Jacob in 1992; her grandson, Christopher King in 1990; sisters, Pearl Toteda, Susan Ceretto and Constance Aversa; and a brother, John Maurillo.
Antoinette is survived by two sons, James Jacob and Michael Jacob; two daughters, Rosanne (Gregory) King and Kelly King; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Carmella Maurillo; along with several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 from 10 am – 12 pm, immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Antoinette’s life at noon at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. She will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
