Dear Family of Arsho, esp. Marlene, and Ara,
I join with so many others who knew Arsho in offering our deepest sympathy. Although it is little consolation at this sad time, I hope to offer some comfort to know that in Arsho’s passing you can celebrate her profound life.
The measure of a life well-lived is not in how much money one has or what possessions they have accumulated, but rather through the lives they’ve genuinely touched.
Arsho took beautiful care of her parents, and she was enormously proud of her family. Her dedication to pediatric nursing and her generosity to others made a huge difference! Arsho readily shared her hospitality with others. Even shared her recipes - yet none ever tasted so good as when eaten in her company.
Arsho had the gifts of discernment and wisdom. She was the REAL deal! There are times in my when I was unsure and would think “what would Arsho do...” and I could feel grounded. I told Arsho that once when she invited me to lunch at her home...she laughed so hard she had tears. I loved Arsho.
If the outpouring of heartfelt thank you(s) awarded Arsho (from 5C families, co-workers, staff, friends, and relatives) over the DECADES are any indication, and they most certainly are, you can proudly and confidently say that Arsho indeed was a life well-lived and a woman well-loved.
May you find peace and comfort in knowing that Arsho’s loss is felt by all who knew and loved her. She now joins those she loved who have passed to Heaven before her. I was one who cherished her friendship, ever grateful for her wisdom and will miss her laugh.
With sincere sympathy,
Marilyn (Tickner) McNamara
