Beverly Jane (Martin) Galtieri, 78, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully Tuesday at home with her family by her side. She was born in Syracuse, NY and was a graduate of Catholic Central High School in Albany, NY. She later went on Read Obituary
Dear Family,
I knew Beverly for a very short time, as she volunteered to be a member of the Basilica Advertising Committee, and we met at that one meeting, in her home. Her spirituality shone bright and Beautiful, and I firmly believe she will help our Committee from her new spiritual home.
May she live in perpetual light, and may God Bless and comfort you in this difficult time.

I worked next to Bev in the law dept. @ NIMO & we became instant friends. We worked hard, but always managed to make laughter part of our day. One of the most genuine, caring, intelligent people I have met in my life. Thirteen yrs. my senior, but Bev had one speed, the speed of light.
Pasquale, Cheryl, Kelly & the rest of her family I hope you can take comfort knowing that she will always be remembered by myself & many others from NIMO who were fortunate enough to have shared her grace.

You and Sol, with other La Pieta souls will be singing "Come to the Mountain of Salvation, with peace, love and Joy and theme song "Forever La Pieta. Jesus is the Mountain and Blessed Mother is Pieta, carrying all her children to surrender our journeys to God with love, peace and joy. You are now united with Them. I will never forget the first time I saw your face and Pasquale in the year 1994. I already knew that you both had a big mission to serve the Lord in many special ways. God sent you and Pasquale in my life for a purpose. Beverly, you had done so much for La Pieta, your love and support, understanding and care for me whenever I had problems and struggles to defend me. I will never forget when I visited you in Syracuse, we had lot of joys singing together. What a beautiful memories! Your many contributions in special ways for spreading La Pieta missions.
I am very sorry for not being able to see you for the last time. I want to be there but it cannot be because I am thousand miles away from you on a mission in the Philippines. I just cried and cried with heartbroken.

Dear Pat and Family:
I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Beverly. She has had a great influence on my spiritual journey in this world. I will always remember her heart-warming smile and her deep love for Jesus and His mother. She will be greatly missed; but find comfort that she is no longer suffering and that she is in a much better place. She will always be with all of us who loved her. My prayers are with you and all the family especially with the younger ones who have a hard time processing the death of a loved one. I will always remember our trip to the Holy Land, our trips to Canada to see Emma and the few times I was able to be at the Prayer House. May God in His mercy be with you always.
