To the family and friends of Carol, I want to extend my deepest sympathies for your loss. I did not know Carol. I noticed she traveled to Nicaragua as part of a medical mission. It is there where we have something in common as I have been there 11 times on a medical missions. I want you to know how much she meant to the people of Nicaragua and how much you meant for your support of her. I do not know how she felt upon her return. I would not be surprised if she felt grateful for everything she had. I do not know what cut her life short and it is sad that she is no longer with us. The world is a better place for having people such as Carol who took the time to go to a place like Nicaragua and give of her time, her skills, and her grace. I will always remember Carol by her great smile and deep love for her family. She was so personable and fun loving. It was an honor to work with her. Many prayers and much love to her family and many friends.

Carol was an amazing woman and always fun to be with. As a consultant for KCI, she was without equal. I don't know how she managed to always make time to help me with difficult cases, but she did. Her smile was infectious, and she had a great sense of humor. She was more of a friend than a vendor.
She loved her family too. I remember how happy she was to be a grandmother. I know that her death must leave an incredible void in your lives. May God wrap loving arms around you and give you comfort. Carol will be missed and remembered fondly by many!
What an impact Carol made on everyone who met her! As a professional, she contributed expertise and passion in her work. As a nursing colleague, I can attest to so much she has taught me. She was always committed to lifelong learning and to advocating for what was best for patients. I always thought highly of KCI for the fact that they had someone like Carol working for them. I will always hear her voice inside my head advising me on a wound and reminding me that life is more about cultivating relationships and enjoying the people we love. Carol was special. She had so much passion for her customers and patients. I will miss her infectious laugh and her ability to light up the room/situation. Her spirit will always resignate.
