I have so many wonderful memories of Katie visiting my house to play cards. My mother loved having the Lizzio's over for some cards and lunch. They were always so busy talking and laughing that often times they would forget whose turn it was and sometimes even forgot which card game they were playing! So much love and laughter and hilarious conversations. I will always be grateful for those memories. My thoughts and prayers to the family.
In 1967, we moved from Syracuse to Liverpool, and directly across the street from the Prince family. Within days, it was like I became another son and brother to the family. Katie always had a hug and a plate of something delicious almost every time I stepped into her house. Loving and caring describes her perfectly. She led a great life, always surrounded by her family. She will always remain in our hearts.
