We were so deeply saddened to learn of Ceil's passing. She was one in a million, and we just loved her. We so enjoyed time spent with her. Her personality and her laugh always lite up a room. We will miss her smile and the way she always made us laugh whenever we were together. The world lost a bright light and she will be missed dearly.

Ceil was one of the most caring and the nicest person I was fortunate to know and work with. Ceil and I went to high school together always joking about the good old SJBA days & we worked together for many years at Toshiba. She had a smile that would light up a room and a laugh that would always bring a smile to your face. Cindy & I always looked forward to Ceils Christmas party every year so we could check out the huge Christmas tree she and Steve would always go out and get. Ceil left us way to soon but her memories will live on forever. Until we see each other again Ceil, rest in piece.
I am sad to learn of Cecilia’s passing. We were friends and classmates at St.John’s. I spent time together with her and her family on Dale Street. My deepest condolences to her family.
