Charles Edward Pratt's Obituary
Charles Edward Pratt, 89, of Liverpool, NY and Naples, FL passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday. Charles was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He spent 30 years working at the General Electric Company before retiring. He was happiest when creating beautiful things in his workshop, sailing on Onondaga Lake, and following the NY Rangers and Yankees.
Charles is predeceased by his beloved wife of 60 years, Verna Pratt; his parents, George and Clara Pratt; a brother, Richard Pratt.
Charles is survived by his children, Thomas Pratt, Lynn Kennedy, and Timothy Pratt, all of Liverpool, Lori (David) Boisvert of Concord, MA; grandchildren, Katherine and Sarah Pratt, Joshua, Alyssa, and Jason Boisvert, Kara Kennedy, and Alea Windell.
A Calling Hour will be held from 9-10 A.M. on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Christ the King Church, 21 Cherry Tree Circle, Liverpool immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charles’ name may be made to the USO Fort Drum 10502 S. Riva Ridge Loop, Fort Drum, NY 13602.
