To Bart Jr. and the rest of Connie's family: Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on your mother's passing. Bart cut my hair for over 25 years & I got to know her when I used to visit your house after Bart moved his shop from Wolf St. She was always so pleasant! When she moved to james Sqquare I would visit her occasionally & bring her candy or cookies & she was always telling me not to do that. One day I walked in & saw her brother, Fred & his wife who used tp be our neighhbors. Never knew the connection until then. Connie never complained, except about the food! She always asked how my wife was. What a nice lady! I will try to get to the wake but the weather forecast doesn't look too good. M I'm sure she & Bart are together again enjoying God's company. Connie was the chief lunch aide at Salem Hyde School when I was principal. She was great with the students and helped make the lunchroom a safe, warm place. A loyal employee, kind person. friend: this is how I will remember her. My deep sympathies to her family.

Every Sunday at Grandma's we awaited the arrival of Uncle Bart, Aunt Connie, Barty and Bobby along with the homemade dessert Aunt Connie always brought. My "sweetest" memory is when she presented a beautiful cake after dinner and immediately, upon tasting realized that salt was used instead of sugar! Her brothers, especially Uncle Joe never let her forget this. My heart and spirit is with my family as they celebrate the life of my dearly loved, Aunt Connie.
