To Dave's family,
I was shocked and saddened to learn of Dave's death this afternoon.
In my capacity as General Counsel of Sub-Zero Group, Inc., I had occasion to negotiate a transaction with Dave last summer. Dave was an excellent attorney. He was intelligent, practical and reasonable, always friendly and professional. He was a very quick study.
I enjoyed my interactions with Dave and was saddened to learn that he would no longer be able to represent his clients.
On behalf of everyone at Sub-Zero Group, I want to extend heartfelt condolences to his wife and family for this terrible loss.
