Domenic DelVecchio's Obituary
Domenic DelVecchio, 83, of North Syracuse, passed away December 4, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Italy, son of the late Leonardo and Maria DelVecchio. Domenic retired from Santoro Industries, after 30 years of service. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Domenic leaves behind his beloved wife of 61 years, Bernadette (Longo) DelVecchio; his daughter, Rosemary (Keith) Insalaco; two sons, Leonard (Angela) DelVecchio and Domenic DelVecchio; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Domenic’s life at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Monday, December 10, 2018 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
