Dorothy C. (Ferazzoli) Pascale's Obituary
Dorothy C. (Ferazzoli) Pascale, 90, of Liverpool, known to everyone as “Ma” passed away peacefully at home on Friday surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Fulton, NY, the daughter of the late William and Vita (Viggiano) Ferazzoli. Dorothy was formerly employed by Syracuse China and then worked with the family business known as “Sandwich Chief”. Dorothy was famous for her meatballs and sauce, her chicken soup and her homemade Italian cookies.
She was predeceased by her husband, Andrew Pascale, Sr. in July 2010; her son, Andrew Pascale, Jr. in October 2010 and by several brothers and a sister.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Roseanne Pascale of Liverpool; her daughter-in law, Josie (Squadrito) Pascale of Liverpool; four grandchildren, Aaron (Emily) Pascale, Alan (Jamie) Pascale, Jacob and Jonathan Pascale; her great-grandchildren, Isabella, Cole, Ava and Olivia Pascale; her step-granddaughters, Lucia Camarda and Carissa (Will) Brown; her step great-grandchildren, Richard and Dakota Willsey and Shayla Brown; three sisters, Fanny Bogwicz of CA, Josephine Saccamanno of FL., and Angela (Robert) Barry of Liverpool, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 9:00 am on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Dorothy’s life at 10:00 am in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Liverpool. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse.
