Remembering Ed and all the nice times we've shared over the years. Fun filled weekends at your beautiful Adirondack home, boat rides and dinners in Florida and our annual Christmas gathering to name just a few. We share your grief and sadness and will miss this wonderful man. So thankful he was our friend and part of our lives. God Bless Ed. God Bless all of you.

Dear Ronnie and Ed's family,
Ed was part of my life. I had one of life's great adventures growing up with Ed, He was Best Man at my wedding to Tina and Godfather to my son, Joe. I was an only child and my friends became brothers to me. There were three of us; Ed, Arnie and me. Some of my best memories in life include my two friends and the fun and trouble we created for ourselves. As adults there was never a time we couldn't spend hours together reliving our ill-spent youth and wondering how we survived ourselves. For Ed, it was Ronnie. She brought real purpose into Ed's life and he always knew how lucky he was. I am so sadden by Ed's death. Ed loved life and he loved his family, I had the privilege of having Ed be part of my life. I am so sorry I cannot be in Syracuse at Ed's service and funeral to share the memories and the sadness with you. I have lost a great friend.

To Ronnie and all of Ed's family I would like to express my sincere condolences for the your loss. I share your grief as I lost one of the dearest friends I have ever had in my lifetime. We shared so many memories, shared many serious moments, and laughed hard many, many times. He was my mentor as we followed in each others footsteps through positions in the NYSHFA and the College of Nursing Home Administrators. You may recall that Ed, Jim Mullaly, and I were known as the three musketeers. We were close and even though distance seperated us, he was always a part of my life. Knowing he is gone has left a deep hole in my heart. I will always have the great memories that also include you. Please know that although I can't be there for the service, I will be there in thought. Judi sends here love and regrets also.

Dear Ronnie, I was deeply saddened hearing about Ed. I always remember a story when Paul was President of NYSFA and would give Ed a wake up call when they were due at a meeting and one time Ed asked him if he "was the time keeper".
