Eloise "Ellie" Whedon, 82, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Loretto. She was born in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Charles and Addie (Briggs) Fortino. Ellie was employed with New York Teleph Read Obituary
Mrs. Whedon was the closest definition of an angel, to me (except for her weekly gambling trips- but no one is perfect:) She was an ear to listen, a shoulder to lean on, and a smile to lift your spirits. May God bless Ellie, as her journey is just beginning!
Ellie and Tom lived across the street from us on Breakspear Road. We had so much fun with both of them. The photo of Ellie reminds us of those happy times.
