Frances Marie (Fiumara) Geremski's Obituary
Frances Marie (Fiumara) Geremski, 94, of Liverpool, NY passed away peacefully with family on March 3, 2025. Frances retired from New Process Gear after 50 years of dedicated service as an administrative assistant. She was an avid reader, and her hobbies included gardening, shopping, playing cards with her club girls and visiting casinos. Frances was the matriarch of our family, and we have many many fond memories together.
She is predeceased by her husband, Frank of 60 years; grandson Brandon, and four sisters.
Frances is survived by her sister, Josephine; children Cheryl (Bruce) Burt, Michele (Jeff) Gorham and Frank (Lisa) (Charlie) Geremski; grandchildren Monica (Kenny), Ashley (Bob), Jeff (Jilleen), Josh (Nikky) and Helana. She has eight great grandchildren whom she thoroughly enjoyed spending time with.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 9:15 – 10:15 A.M. at Epiphany Parish (formerly St. Joseph the Worker) 1001 Tulip St., Liverpool, followed by a funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Woodland Cemetery, 800 Grant Blvd., Syracuse, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jordan’s Guardian Angels 1121 L St, Suite 100, Sacramento, CA 95814 in honor of her great granddaughter, Ivy Marie Lightaul.
