Being one of the Mastry's that grew up on the West Coast I hardly got to know any of my cousins and only got to see, but rarely. the many aunts and uncles I had. I am happy that facebook came along when it did and that Francine and I connected and kept in constant communication. I got to know so much about what I otherwise would have never known if not for her. If one of the immediate family has access to her fb messenger archive, look up the conversation She and I had last February in which we chatted about our experiences with the departed. I mentioned a dream I had of a fellow named Sandy, that I knew in childhood and know that I had that same kind of dream about 1 p.m. here that Sunday. I had been out with a friend that night and I didn't get home and to bed until around dawn here, as to why so late in the day. Francine told me that many of the gals in the family have the "gift", as she called it. I'm one of the guys, I guess, but the "gift" only appears when I'm asleep. I interpret it as, "All's well from the other side"
I'm really going to miss her and our chats. May God Bless her and the Battaglia family.
