My condolences on the passing of Frank. He was a great man. I worked for Frank and John at Delia and Smith Beverage as a delivery man.Great people to work for. I had the utmost respect for them. Syracuse lost a great one in the passing of Frank. Having known him for quite a few years I got to know & respect him. Everybody that knew Frank liked him and his family.
