Francis R. "Frank" Delia's Obituary
Francis R. “Frank” Delia, 86, passed away peacefully at home on February 4, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late John and Mary (Sgroi) Delia. Frank was self-employed; he owned a hardwood flooring business, and Delia & Smith Beverage; when he sold his beer business, his final working years were spent running the mortgage business for Citibank and Norwest Mortgage. Frank also loved to have his dogs, Benji and Buddy by his side at all times; his family joked that he loved his dog more than his kids. Frank unconditionally loved and cared for his wife and kids, he was an amazing provider, always lending an ear and advice, and was truly their best friend.
He was predeceased by his brother, John R. Delia; his sister, Ann Delia, and brother-in-law, Joseph Caccamo; along with his pets, Benji and Buddy.
Frank is survived by his wife of 65 years, Constance Delia (DeStefano); his children, Delia Delia (Bob), Cheryl Delia, Jeanne Ruffini (Phillip), Jaki Delia-Figueiredo (Jose), Maria Delia and Frank J.
