To the Family of Franco: My name is Cindy and my Husband (Bob) first met Franco with our haircuts when he worked in Downtown Syracuse. He moved into Fayetteville and we both followed. Of course, where ever Franco went we would follow. That included the move to Dewitt. He not only was a GREAT hairdresser, he was a "WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING."
He would often talk very highly about his Children and Wife. We would cover everything from gardening to travel. We stayed with him for 20 something years and it was most enjoyable. Then came the Factory. He even gave me a tour one day. I have been using Terex since.
I am still looking for someone to handle my hair as well as he did.
Our deepest sympathy to the entire Family. I am sure Franco is looking down on us this very Day pointing out which one of us needs our roots touched up. God Bless Him and God Bless the Family.

My Dad, Dominick Celi was Franco's sponsor to be able to come to the USA from Italy. All he did upon his arrival was be a great family man, build up his businesses and help those around him........one of the "good ones" has left us again........we all miss him, but are grateful that his pain and suffering is over.........RIP my cousin, remember part of Italy is in heaven........We love you.....
