Cwo4 Bill Wade (Ret)
Frank was one of the finest, humorous, committed Navy people that I had a friendship with. i met him while I was stationed at the Navy Reserve Center in Liverpool. At the time I was on active duty, He was a BM2 and I was a YN2. I took my discharge in 1967 and as a resident of Auburn I joined the reserves at the Liverpool reserve center. We were friends for a long time and much of that time we communicated using email. I relocated to Florida but still maintained contact with him. He has remained in my thoughts. In searching for him on the internet today I found out of his passing. I also found that the wife he deeply loved and praised predeceased him' You, his family, have my sincere sorrow and my prayers to our Holy Father for both of them. He was my good friend. They are together in the Heaven we all believe in and pray for. Fair Winds and Following Seas "Boats". Trust God.
