With heartfelt condolences Jackie and the Biasi family on the passing of Frank. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
I knew Frank well when we were both young adults although he was a few years older that me. He was a good and gentle soul who spoke softly but with much confidence. We stayed connected for a while, then regrettably we lost touch. It was only recently that I met and got to know one of Frank’s family members who spoke freely of Frank’s goodness.
The measure of a man is or should be the love that he gives to and attracts from those around him. And from my own observations and those of at least one member of his family, by that measure, Frank was a giant of a man. He will be missed. Mario D'Arrigo
