Frank P. Biasi's Obituary
Frank P. Biasi, 93, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, February 16, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Frank was born in Syracuse to the late Joseph and Margaret (Labbate) Biasi. He served in the U.S. Army. Frank’s past consisted of many accomplishments including a master machinist, a successful realtor/broker, and dealer at the Turning Stone. Frank was on the board of the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce. Frank founded the CNY Junior Soccer Association, and the Liverpool Youth Soccer League (LYSL), he also coached the CNY Soccer League, giving children and adults a place to connect and play soccer together. He occasionally coached the elite team consisting of outstanding adult players and was president of the soccer association as well. Frank owned and operated several successful businesses over the years, most notably, Futurama Sewing Center in Liverpool and Fairmount. Frank was an avid golfer, enjoyed bowling, playing cards with his friends, and loved dancing, but most of all, he cherished time spent by the ocean and with his family.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers, Mario and John Biasi and his sisters, Stella Racciatti and Anna Bernardini.
Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Jacqueline (Benz) Biasi; his son, Frank A. (MaryLou) Biasi; his daughter, Tina Maria (Joseph) Toth; his six grandchildren, Joseph III, Michael, Nick, Luke, Rachel, and Cole; his brother, Vito Biasi; his two sisters, Angie DiDomenico and Toni (Jack) Tubbert; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will take place on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 10:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. followed by a funeral service in celebration of Frank’s life at 12:30 P.M. at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.
