Frank E. Fortino, 69, of Cicero, passed away peacefully Sunday January 8, 2017 at Upstate University Hospital. A life resident of the Syracuse area, he was the son of Frank and Anne (Carapella) Fortino. Frank served in the US Army Read Obituary

I am so very sorry about Frank. I know we have not seen each other since college, but I have never forgotten the wonderful friendship we had at Canton. I live in Fulton now, and whenever I go to Syracuse I always hope in the back of my mind that we might run into each other. Tonight I was reading Tuesday's newspaper and saw Frank's obituary and wanted to let you know I am sending prayers your way.
