I was so sorry to learn of your Mother/Grandmother's passing. My sister Lorrie and I, and later my brother Steven, grew up next to Mr. and Mrs. Therre in Bridgeport, and I have many fond memories of tea parties at her house, bringing pansies from the flower box on our playhouse over to her for her back porch, playing with her cat and the occasional knitting lesson. We grew up frequently playing with O.P. and Gretchen between our yards, and always enjoyed the invitation to make a splash in the pool. She was truly a kind and wonderful lady and will be missed. I regret not staying in touch over the years, but extend my heartfelt condolences to the entire family. Deb Finch, Camillus, NY
