George E. Walters' Obituary
George E. Walters, 75, of Liverpool, passed away at Crouse Hospital on October 6, 2021. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Harold and Theresa (Branca) Walters. George was a graduate of St. John the Baptist and worked several dedicated decades for Local 60 as an Iron Worker. He was a Hot Rod car enthusiast and avid NY Yankee’s fan. George was a “Jack of all Trades” and enjoyed working with his hands. You could always find him with a coffee in hand, telling endless stories and boasting of how proud he was of his son, Craig. His newest joy was his grandson, Max.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Nancy (Kelly) Walters. George is survived by his son, Craig (Rebecca) Walters; his grandson Max; and his brother, Richard (Eralda) Walters.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
