My condolences go out to my buddy Joe's family and friends. Having worked with Joe for years at OCWA we became friends along with a lot of other guys & ladies too. He was the Best backhoe operator there and he let everybody know about it too. He was funny, witty, and always hungry. Rest in peace, my friend Joe you're one of the good guys at OCWA.
