So sad for your family. I worked with Jim in Syracuse when his company brokered with Pillsbury in the 1990's. He was always professional, respectful and had a ready smile for everyone! Jim is and always will be remembered as a true gentleman.

I first met Jim over 40 years ago when I was a manager at a local Grand Union store in Norwich, NY. Jim walked in the front door representing a General Merchandise manufacturer and my first impression of him was here comes another salesman trying to convince me we needed what he had to sell. Well I listened to his pitch and immediately realized here was a man who was honest, trustworthy and a person who means what he says and keeps his word. He was a man with integrity. At that moment we developed a positive working business relationship that lasted more than 30 years. Jim was a man people could trust, he was one of the "Good Guy's". During our working careers we crossed paths many times and each one of those meetings ended with a smile and a handshake. That is how I will remember Jim. We will miss his thoughtfulness and positive personality. He left this world a better place having been here, may he rest in peace.
