To Jean's beloved family: I just learned of Jean's passing today and am deeply saddened by the news. I had the pleasure of working alongside her at Niagara Mohawk for a few years until I transferred to another department but we continued our friendship by getting together for lunch whenever we could. She was a wonderful lady with a bubbly personality and was loved by countless employees throughout the company. Rest in peace, Jean. Heaven has gained a beautiful soul!

I met Jean when I started working at NiMo in 1968. I was loaned out as a replacement to one of the secretaries who worked with her in the same office. We hit it off and once got laughing so hard that her boss, Jim Miller, had to come out of his meeting to ask us to "quiet down". I am so sorry for your loss. I know Jean will be missed!!!
I am one of Jean's cousins who, while growing up, spent some time nearly every Sunday at our grandparents home on Ash Street. Jean and Michael, along with my siblings and the Stinziano cousins, were expected to appear so we could be inspected by the grandparents, then expected to sit quietly while the adults visited. While the rest of us were dressed casually, Jean was always in a lovely,clean, and perfectly ironed outfit. We secretly admired the way she was very selective about what she ate and stayed slim with so little effort.
Now our grandparents are gone, our parents too, and many of us are scattered over the east coast. But we are still family, and sad to know that Jean has left us.

To Jean's family, With My deepest sympathy and a prayer. I was with Jack when He met Jean and we remained friends for almost 60 years. We always talked at the 25 year party and she was present when I received My 40 year watch. She, for sure, is now in a better place. Sincerely, John Kavanaugh

Dear Michael and all Jean's loved ones,
It is with shock and sadness that we read of Jean's passing. She was an attendant in our wedding and during high school, she was one of my best friends. We had many fun times together when we were young.
In more recent times we caught up at Assumption High School reunions.
She was a lovely woman, smart, attractive and always up to date. May God rest her soul.
