My deepest sympathy & condolences to Joan's family. I would see Joan every day at Elderwood and we had a wonderful time talking about Syracuse University. She was grace itself and always so polite as we chatted & laughed about our years at SU. May her memory be a blessing.

Our deepest Sympathy and Condolences to the family of Joan, She was a neighbor, and mostly a friend to my Aunt Sophie and Uncle Dan. She and Sophie were frequently out and about shopping in their retirement years. Her British humor and accent were a Joy to behold. Every time I have a cup of tea I shall think of her.
