Joanne had a big heart. Always asking how you were doing and how your family was doing. Always looking out for our client's interest and advocating on their behalf. I hadn't worked with her in a couple years and am sad that I didn't get to see her for one more job. None of us knew her age; and, her date of birth is conspicuously absent from the obituary.
