To our beloved John,
Heart felt sympathy and condolences to all family and friend, for our fallen "brother". John was one of my best and longest tenured friends since high school. We lived miles apart but retained our friendship. Every year we talked about having an "NKA" reunion. Family, work, and other competing priorities kept this from happening. I was relegated to our annual phone call where we relived our "glory days". My memories of John were filled with the "sporting life" of endless basketball, football, baseball, bowling, ping pong, and weightlifting. Filled in with hours of "joy riding", finding the next graduation party, or visiting him in Florida. John always remained true to himself and never wavered. I am blessed to have been part of the day he met his eventual wife. I vividly recall the glimmer in his eye for Kathy. I knew at that point he had found a soul mate for life. John and Kathy are now back were they need to be, TOGETHER.
My only regret is that I never had 1 last chance to talk with John, however this is soothed by the fact that "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, friendship leaves a memory no one can steal"
God Bless!
