I will always remember John as a great guy and friend. My first job at Bristol was a supervisor in the Micro Control Department and John was running the autoclaves. I remember when I found out that he was cooking corn on the cob in the autoclaves, as he had done for many years, and almost flipped out! I know he loved fishing and the last time I saw him he gave me a trout he had caught at the Whetstone bridge for helping him when he had a flat tire.
