I had them pleasure of growing up with Jack on Loma Ave. We seldom ran into each other in later life but on those rare occasions he was always upbeat especially when he spoke of his family. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Kevin and the entire Hinds family.We have lost a wonderful man. May he RIP Jim Ditota

Dear Maryanne - Let's go back to St. John the Baptist Academy "Jack" Hines was just a great guy. His warmth was so natural to drink in, way back, when we were kid's hanging around LeMoyne School yard. For some reason I was being "picked on" by another kid Jack entered the scene and simply said "take me on first kid." End of story. Of course St. Vincent's & beyond. Thanks Jack for just being you and living your faith to the fullest. Not "May he" but you are resting in peace. Fr. Bill Mesmer.
