John V. Pavlovitz's Obituary
John V. Pavlovitz, 70, of Phoenix, NY passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 14, 2013. He was born in Syracuse, the son of the late John A. and Mary Pavlovitz. John traveled throughout New York State and Canada for business as a sales representative for San Antonio Shoe Company. He also owned SAS Factory Shoe Store in the Waterloo Outlets. John was an avid golfer. He also enjoyed taking many cruises with his family and friends over the years.
John is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Virginia "Ginny" (Sidari) Pavlovitz; his four children, John D. (Jennifer) Pavlovitz of Charlotte, NC; Dr. Brian T. (Victor Convertino) Pavlovitz of Rochester, NY; Eric M. (Thomas Myers) Pavlovitz of Syracuse and Michelle L. Pavlovitz of North Syracuse; two grandchildren, Noah and Selah Pavlovitz; several cousins and his two beloved dogs, Roscoe and Cosmo.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 10:00 am in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
