What a great and fun guy to work with on SFD. He had a great sense of humor ) he loved to stir things up and then watch how people handled it) MANY funny remembrances of times at fire scenes. Stick made the job fun and was always there to help fellow firefighters whenever they needed it. Sorry for your loss John, Your old man was one of a kind!

God Speed To You Stick! A good friend always through the years, loved by many, a hero, protected Syracuse along side my Brother. My greatest memory of Stick was him pulling in the parking lot of the church for my Brothers services driving Truck 2 with John Jr. riding shotgun, brilliant! Has always been etched in my mind.
