Joe and I worked together for many years at the old Bristol Myers plant. I was responsible for all the underground piping and I would call Joe on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, etc and by the time I got there he and his crew were already there. He was a great guy that I could always trust.

What a great legacy Joe left! Anyone who knew Joe was better for having spent any time talking to him. His parents were friends of my parents. He was a friend to me and my brother Carl. I always enjoyed visiting him at his office and especially having lunch at Tony's restaurant on Tuesdays! Joe was a great story teller and I am grateful for all the years we shared some time. My family's condolences to all.
