Joseph G. Milazzo, 72, of Syracuse, passed away suddenly on Saturday at his home. He was born in Syracuse, the son of Santo and Ida Milazzo. Joseph served with the U.S. Marines. He was a sheet metal worker with Joseph Cashier Comp Read Obituary

Carol and I are so sadden by the passing of Joe. He was such a nice person. We always enjoyed seeing you on your visits to Florida. He will be in our prayers, and will be lighting a candle for him at St. Lucie's Church.

I am so sorry to hear about your fathers passing. Although I hadn’t seen your father in some 25 years, I wept when I read his obituary which tells you the kind of great man he was. I’ll always remember the the kindness, care and friendship he bestowed on me during my youth. Not to mention the checker games we use to play and how he always beat me in less than a dozen moves which concluded with his effervescent laugh! I was so lucky to be around someone like your father in my early 20’s because I was able to see the rewarding life you could have if you were kind hearted, loving and considerate to others. Your father was a very special person and I like to believe that in some ways he’s helped make me the father that I am. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

We were very sorry to hear about Mr. Milazzo and wish we could have been there in person to express our sympathy. We will always remember him during cocktail hour in WIldwood. Mixing our drinks and always having a great time. Those were special memories and he will always be part of them.

So sorry to read out here about Joe. He was one of the guys that I would label Mr. Nice Guy. When he saw you he would always flash that smile of his. Joe was truly a Great Guy to know. Rest In Peace & God Bless You Joe.
