I just heard the news from Phil who took over his building. Joe worked on my foreign cars for years and while that was happening, I spent hours speaking to Joe and swapping stories. I enjoyed that and he did as well. I remember the instance when the lights on the dashboard of my Jaguar wouldn't go out after he worked on the electrical system...Joe told me it's the way Canadian Jaguars are and I would have to live with it. We both had a laugh. His work was great but swapping stories was better. He was a good man, a better friend, and he will be missed.
Tom and I are so sorry to hear about Joe’s passing . We are unable to attend services, as we are currently traveling. Our thoughts and prayers are with Michael, Bill and Patricia and all those who loved Joe. I have fond memories of “Joey” as a young boy coming to play with me when we all lived on Forest Ave. He always had such a wonderful smile. May you rest in peace. You will be missed.

Every memory I have of Joe is bright, colorful and fun. Whether it was epic tenting in the ADKs during torrential rains, getting unforgettably lost in Baltimore Woods, or celebrating family and friends around the kitchen table, Joe’s enthusiasm and wit prevailed. Above all else, his appreciation and care for Kelly warmed my heart. I hope my dear sister, along with his many friends and loved ones also find peace and comfort in their memories at this sad time.
