Karissa L. Hilts' Obituary
Karissa Lee Hilts, 29, of Central Square, NY went to Heaven on March 8, 2017. She tragically lost her life in a hit and run accident in Florida. She was born in Syracuse N.Y., the daughter of Robin (Prentice) Hilts Bunch (Terry) of Syracuse NY and Raymond E. Hilts, Jr. (Noreen) of Central Square, NY. Other than her parents, she is also survived by her brother, Steven R.E. Hilts (Brianna) of Central Square; her maternal grandfather, Wayne Prentice (Linda) and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is also survived by her best friend and soul mate, Kelley Leahy and the 3 little people she loved the most, Gavin, Brayden and Raegan, and her beloved dog Kobe. Karissa had a smile that could light up a night sky, and a laugh so contagious you couldn't help but laugh right along with her. Karissa will be remembered for her love of life, cooking, family, and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 4:00 – 6:30 PM, immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Karissa’s life at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
