Peg was that rare combination of a classy, sophisticated lady . . . in her Channel suit with the lace handerchief tucked inside the sleeve . . . and an adventurous, interesting woman with a great sense of humor. I was always in awe of her and thought it would be nice to be like her "when I grow up" because she pulled all that off without ever being stuffy or crude. Hopefully the wonderful memories, life lessons, and gifts she left will comfort all who knew and loved her. Lee Dreamer

Mrs. Mulligan often visited the Phoenix Public Library to share her wit and wisdom along with her donations of print and recorded books. She was a lovely generous lady and we will, I will, miss her very much.
